Very good
Love the app, works perfectly with LOTS of info. Missing 1 star only due to not having a Home Screen widget. If one ever appears will be getting that 5 star for sure.
Great Free Health App, But More Features and Privacy Please!
I really like Alloop so far! The biological age feature, health tracking, and health insights make it a really interesting app, especially with so much available for free.
Here are some things I’d love to see added:
Better privacy settings: Let users choose between public, friends-only, and private profiles. It would also be nice to have separate controls for who can see biological age, health metrics, posts, and activity updates. A private profile option by default would be a big plus.
More wearable support: I’d love to see better integration with Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, and other popular fitness trackers, with reliable syncing and more health data available in one place.
Better sleep tracking: Add sleep-stage trends, sleep consistency, sleep debt, and nap tracking where supported.
A heart health dashboard: Bring resting heart rate, HRV, heart rate trends, and cardiovascular fitness into one place so it’s easier to understand changes over time.
More nutrition features: Add water tracking, barcode scanning, vitamin and mineral tracking, and better nutrition insights.
Stress and recovery tracking: Use sleep, activity, and HRV trends to help users understand when they might need more rest.
Weekly and monthly health reports: Make it easy to see progress over time, compare previous months, and export reports to share with a healthcare professional.
More personalized goals: Let users set their own goals for sleep, exercise, hydration, and other healthy habits.
Custom reminders: Give users the option to set reminders to move, drink water, or stick to a sleep schedule.
Overall, I think Alloop has a lot of potential. I especially like that useful health features are available for free. I’d love to see the app keep expanding while improving privacy, wearable compatibility, and health tracking. Making private profiles and friends-only sharing available would be a huge improvement!

Sleep is missing.
App won’t pull sleep data from the Apple health app.
Great app! makes my health data easier to understand
I’ve got plenty of health data on my phone, but I don’t always know what to make of it. alloop helps with that. I especially like being able to ask questions about my sleep and follow up when something isn’t clear. Pretty useful so far.
