Quit working and I cannot access the data
After years of use, I cannot access my account - all data gone including the balance my kids had. Extremely disappointing
No longer works. Apparent shutdown without notice.
Great while it lasted. Now, like so many others, I’ve lost my data.
Error message
I just downloaded the app and couldn’t get past the sign-in without an error message come up.
Stole our money
Look them up on the BBB. After they supposedly cancelled all the cards to switch to the chip cards we never heard from them again. We have emailed and called. No response. My son had saved over $200 on his card and it’s just gone. They are literally stealing from kids. So sad.
Still dead in the water
It would be nice to get our balances out of it. Developer Website has been down for months too. It was nice while it worked.
Unresponsive for months
I have not been able to log in or to reach any type of customer service for months now. I believe this app is no longer working. I wish I’d had a little notice before it quit working 😥
Cannot use app any longer
I’ve used this app for about 3 yrs. it was great. But for last 3 months not been able to log in to it. Keeps saying server not responding. I have no idea how much each kids has got on their pocket money account and have 3 upset boys!

Stopped working
I’ve had this app for a couple of years and it stopped working months ago. The App Store needs to take it down.

Don’t download this. We have not been able to get in for over a month. :/
Disappointing
I loved this app. We kept allowances on here. We’ve tried on and off for a month to get in. Initially it was down, but now it says, Make certain you have a network connection. We don’t know how much our kids had in their allowance or savings as a result. Before this we loved it to track all their expenditures. Such a bummer.

Needs to be removed from App Store!!
This app was great while it was available. I used it for my kids for many years. Unfortunately about a month ago I couldn’t connect to view accounts.. it’s now very apparent that they have shut down with no notice to their customers. If we had a heads up we would have been able to check balances before they did so.
I’ve called, emailed, and reached out via social media but received no response.

Still can’t get in!
From the reviews, It looks like the server has been down for more than a month now! Grrr!
Can’t get In
I’ve had this app for about 5 months. It was wonderful, but for the last month, I haven’t been able to get into the app. It opens and when I type my information and password, it says “ server has timed out”. Very frustrating. I even deleted and restored app. Nothing has worked, and I’m very sad.
Liked the app until it stopped working
We used the app a lot, and loved it! But then it stopped working for months at a time. We wish we could see how much the kids have built up!!
So dissapointed
I loved this app in the beginning for have tried logging in every day for 2 weeks now and nothing will work. I have tried the app developer website and it won’t open and I tried app help and it won’t open.

Scam
Down for weeks
Both website and app are no longer functioning. Years of data lost, no way to contact developers. Lesson learned.
