Easily Accessible

I’ve been using this app for years now to help my teenage son save and invest. And what I love most, is the ease of using this app. I have no complaints so far. Everything is easily accessible. You can move money around, buy stocks, donate to charities, send money directly to the debit card. What more could you ask for?

here comes the money

I’m an 11 year old child who uses this, and it’s great! The payment and bonus system are great, and has good security, organization, and practice. (Although I don’t feel comfortable handing out my email in public reviews)

On the flip side, there is a MAJOR problem. When you request to move your money to spend, or load your card, if it isn’t approved, the money is stuck in between and can’t be transferred until it was approved. I have lost a lot of money this way.

Something I would suggest is adding a request list for parents in the app, so they can go and look at requests and approve them without having to dig into messages.

Overall, good app.

Looks cheap

It's kinda cheap looking and when you buy things it doesent really describe the object so your just left wondering "what did I spend this on?" or "are they stealing money?" because you can't see what you bought.

Great customer service and the app motivates the kiddos!

Big shout out to Cindy in customer service for assisting with some address change questions. Kids love marking off their chores and the app is super customizable!

Ugj

It is a little confusing and I accidentally set myself up as the parent, is there a way to undo that?
