Annoying Loss of Features
We have had and used this app with no complaints for 5 years. This month I accidentally deleted the app off my phone, and then when I reinstalled it, not only did ALL my data get lost (despite regularly syncing), now I can only make 1 profile. Super frustrating.
Wiped two years worth of data
I used to love this app. I even subscribed to it. That is until out of no where all the data was lost.
Works poorly on smaller phone
Works fine on my pro max phones but it doesn’t scale correctly on my wife’s mini. Can’t switch profiles or see totals.
Misleading paid version
The paid version is misleading. It says that you can share the app across all your child’s devices. What it doesn’t tell you is that you have to pay for it on every single device.
