I had concerns with taking my gold to a pawn shop for obvious reasons but then a friend mentioned Alloy. Not only was the entire selling process done securely but it was easy and convenient to walk through. I also got more back than anticipated! I would recommend Alloy 100%.
App Doesn’t Work
I was really excited to download and use this app to get an estimate for some jewelry. However, when I open the app, it doesn’t display any of the metal prices (they’re all at $0), and when I try to input information to get an estimate, there is no drop down menu to choose color or karat. But the app won’t let me continue until I choose a color or karat. So I can’t put in any info to even get an estimate.

They Sent my Jewelry back Unattached
I thought This App is awesome
save you the hustle to personally go to the pawnshop . All you have to do is send your stuff to them and then they going to offer you a price .But my experience was when I send them my stuff they told me my necklace wasn't worth more than $10 and I decline and didn't accept the offer . They send me back my jewelry Unattached and I was so upset about it . I emailed them and instead they offer me $50 bucks gift card but then Tried to fix my jewelry and $50 gift card wasn't even enough to cover the damage !
I'm just upset about this up . until now my necklace is still broken .
