Downy include service fees in the total calculation breakdown. When you check how much you spent category as a separate deduction. You have to manually keep track of that amount on the side to show his much you are really up or down.. it says in in the green but with all the service fees in still really in the red.. it needs to be a line item in the calculation before I’d consider this a real investment app.

If you want physical gold then get it when you buy it. They charge you quarterly to store it for you but if you decide you want the gold you have to pay the inflated price for it. Never again.

If you like high premiums waiting to redeem your metal 60-90 days after you put money into this app and customer service that will not be helpful and they will pretty much just say welp that sucks. This app is for you! Came here from someone who recommended it and it’s been nothing but a pain every sense. If you put in 4000 while golds at 5000 and then falls to 4000 you can’t redeem it because you only ever had 4/5 of a oz. Which is wild because they don’t even hold gold for you they just hold your cash on a vault and when you place an order they go out and buy it.
