1-3 days withdrawal time

I was surprised to see that the withdrawal time is 1 to 3 days. It should be maximum a few hours. Not 2-3 days l.

Great Idea and basic structure but…. Not convenient.

I absolutely love this app. Don’t get me wrong. This platform is amazing but taking up to seven days or more to do a simple transfer or not being able to get out of a lot of ATMs. Yeah only certain banks it’s complicated. Also, the having to be a US citizen or UK or European Union citizen is a bit stressful. Meaning Americans without a Social Security number would have to pay x-ray to get an individual taxpayer ID.
Also, when I sell something, I don’t want it to be pending all weekend or even during the week if it’s over a certain amount I want to get my money and get it out or move it to the next place. This is my core for liquidity It needs to act as a liquidity tool. Also, I think they should eliminate the fees for transactions or eliminate the fee for just having an account or slash them both in half. Wright pick one or the other keep the transaction fees eliminate the just holding fees.

They don't issue refunds.

A ridiculous app that doesn't even deserve one star. Initially, payments were made within 3 business days, but now it takes 5 business days. It's been 10 business days for me and I still haven't received my money. I'm withdrawing all my money and will delete the app. I absolutely do not recommend using it. The decision is yours.
