Update Problem
I keep getting requests to update, I select that option it goes to the APPLE App Store and there is no option to update there. What gives??

Just updated, rating the app itself
I haven’t even dug in to the whole app and it already looks much better and feels much smoother. I see other people are a little upset about having new update a lot. I think that may be a good thing. Could it be their keeping the site as safe as they possibly can? I’m sure they don’t do it just to irritate people if it’s going to keep me and my information safer I’m all for it. i’m also happy about them being secretive of what they’re doing with the app. I don’t want hackers knowing what’s going on.

Can’t proceed my purchase
App with very poor design. Can’t even proceed after I chose the product. When I tried to check out and filled in my information, the validation mechanism force me to type in a last name with at least 3 characters. Very stupid rule. There are last names which are 2 or even 1 character(s). Anyway. Deleted the app already.

Frequent force app updates way more than 10 other financial institutions I used combine.
“I enjoy using JM Bullion, but the mandatory updates have become excessive. In my experience, I’ve been required to update multiple times within days just to access the app. I also use banking and brokerage apps from several major financial institutions, and none require updates this frequently. Please consider making non-critical updates optional so customers can continue using the app and update at their convenience.”
