Frequent force app updates way more than 10 other financial institutions I used combine.

In my experience, I’ve been required to update multiple times within days just to access the app. I also use banking and brokerage apps from several major financial institutions, and none require updates this frequently. Please consider making non-critical updates optional so customers can continue using the app and update at their convenience.”

Great app for price tracking
Ive used this app for years to track silver and gold spot prices. Also JM Bullion is my favorite online retailer of gold and silver.

Vary nice customer support and fair pricing. You will be satisfied when buying from them.
They will give you the run around
Once was a good company ordered 10 times in past without issue ordered recently and never received product opened a case and they said it was my fault because I did not notify them that my package had not arrived and that they will look into it won’t do a refund and won’t credit my account to make another purchase had to dispute with my credit card stay away

Bad Charts
The charts that go back more than 1 week need waaaaay more data points to be usable. Otherwise the app works great and is useful

Bad App
This app has not worked for me for over a month and a half. When I open the app up, everything is blank and there’s absolutely nothing to look at under any of the options or setting. Going online to purchase works much better than this app. Overall the company does well for me and has been helpful. I don’t like that there is a long wait before shipping.

Not Honest or trustworthy
Purchased 400 Copper 1oz coins on an early sale in December 2025, that would not be shipped until sale started on 01/13/2026, which was fair enough. When 01/13/2026 arrived, they advised me one coin was out of stock. I was promised all coins would be shipped a month later. When the new, later ship date came around, the same old story, not all coins were in stock, but promised me I would receive them all in 2 weeks. Annoyed, I said I would wait, the 2 week later date came around I was told the same story but they offered a substitute, which I agreed to in the morning, a few hours later the substitute coin promised me a few hours later was mysteriously unavailable, but they offered me another substitute I refused to accept. This game they played with me they had no intention of ever honoring the sale price. They got what they wanted for me to cancel the order. I filed a fraudulent charge against them. Chase got involved and my money
was refunded.
I have been a loyal customer to JM Bullion, but after this and having to put up with their deceitful sales practice, never again will I do business with this bunch.

Unreliable?
Awesome deals and I want to like them but they vaguely canceled my first order. After verifying with my bank they claimed it was an issue on JM’s side. By now spot has gone up and the deal is gone, so I can’t even get the deal if I wanted to try again.
Scamming? Or misleading information
I recently invested in silver and decided to try this app based on recommendations and its popularity. However, I’ve experienced repeated crashes during market drops, and I’ve spent over $500 in the past 2–3 weeks with no updates on processing or shipping. The payment was taken immediately, but there has been no movement on the order, which is concerning.

SCAMMM!!!!!! I bought silver at a set price. They waited until the market was at a loss to ship my order so they made a better profit. There is no way to contact them to cancel the order. If you call they tell you to email and never respond.

Convenient Outages
Likes to crash when the prices go down.

Hi! Just wanted to say great app. Good way to keep up with changing prices and trends. Never had a problem before but of late, last few weeks, after the program opens and I select charts the app usually freezes then eventually quits entirely. Hope you guys can get a fix. iPhone Xr iOS 18.7.3
I didn’t like-the new update, but it got better and I got over it.
This app has been my go-to for daily spot prices updates as well as for pricing and sell backs. V2.0 minimized the spot prices to a ticker. I didn’t like it at first, but found all the info I need on the charts page. They even brought the gold/ silver ratio back. Back to my go to again!
Credentials Fail w/ “.us” domain
The EXACT same credentials I use on the website (copied from a password manager) fail in the app. I believe it doesn’t like my “.us” email, I had this problem a lot in the early 2000’s with websites.. I’m guessing it’s the same thing.
Go buy at Apmex instead
Waited almost two weeks for my order. Ordered at Apmex and Jm at the same time and Apmex delivered both my orders within a 5 day period. JM it has been two weeks and it still has not shipped. Harrys coin shop and SD bullion are better than JM. Orders were delayed but did not take two weeks to get my order.

Can’t log in with good credentials
I want to use this app rather than the website.. however, every time I try to log in (copy and pasting from a password manager) the app returns an ‘Invalid username and password’ prompt in red. I used to have issues like this many moons ago (early 2000’s ish) and every time, it was because my email ended in “.us” not “.com”.. if the developers are out there - please check this out, I’d love to use this app. ❤️
