If you like high premiums waiting to redeem your metal 60-90 days after you put money into this app and customer service that will not be helpful and they will pretty much just say welp that sucks. This app is for you! Came here from someone who recommended it and it’s been nothing but a pain every sense. If you put in 4000 while golds at 5000 and then falls to 4000 you can’t redeem it because you only ever had 4/5 of a oz. Which is wild because they don’t even hold gold for you they just hold your cash on a vault and when you place an order they go out and buy it.

HIDDEN FEES! Garbage app!
They charge you $5 a month MINIMUM. I bought $135 worth of metal and ended up gaining $55 of profit. While OneGold was charging $5 “for storage” every month without telling me!!! So I ended up LOSING MONEY DUE TO THEIR BACKGROUND SNEAKY CHARGES!! Even though I made good investments and my gold went up in value.

The referral option doesn’t work. And the agreement page doesn’t open. Feels like this application is fake.
They are Ripping you off
The difference between sell and buy price in this app is about 2.5% so they charge you about 1.25% for each trade. FYI the normal charge from other apps is about 0.5%
So they overcharge you by 0.75% extra to make it more “convenient” to do the trades.
Also transferring money out is a nightmare. It took them 3 days to release the money as they “process” takes lots of time.

Worst app ever, robs you by charging a fee at purchase and then stealing by not giving you the amount. Your metal is worth at your sale time. You can’t say I have $20 worth of silver but then sell it and only give me $18 for the sale after you charged me $1.99 fee to buy it.

Good, but storage fees went up 67% in ‘26
I would normally give OneGold 4-stars but the recent 67% increase storage fees is just not acceptable. Trying to reach OneGold Support through the app is useless as Cloudflare stops the request and assumes investors are “bots”. Serious Investors are noticing and talking about the changes in OneGold and no longer recommend using them. Very disappointing.
