Cannot pass step one

I downloaded this app today. Once installed I opened it and I was asked to agree to a privacy policy and a user agreement. I opened both only to find they have some ‘fill in the blank’ items like “insert company name here”, etc. OK, those policies cannot be enforced I guess. But you must check the box to proceed-so I did. The next page is the sign-in page. I cannot do that as I get a pop-up stating my free trial has expired. Darn, I haven’t even started yet. Then I am booted out of the program. So far, so bad for this app.
