From Manhattan to JFK. 9/5/2021
I paid for a SUV, and I got a crossover car which was not big enough. Very uncomfortable trip and obviously it wasn’t what I asked for. The Driver was the most important thing. Great person.
Horrible company with bad service
Worst service I have ever had in NYC. Driver was supposed to meet me inside. He did not. I had to call the company and ask where he was. The reply: he couldn't get in because of construction. Odd because I passed no less than 15 people holding signs for a car service. Then he wouldn't tell me where to meet him and kept getting mad at me because he couldn't find me.
Finally got in the car. He had the front windows open. When I asked him to close them so I could hear my conference call and not be whipped in the face by wind he got mad at me.

Needs improvement!
My promo code wasn't applied to my booking, it was accepted, but I never got that 10% discount. The calculated fare was $73, but when I requested the car, it jumped to £140 - where have developers found such conversion rate? It's almost impossible to select time to book a later ride, as the your selected hour/minute goes back to the current time all the time.
