The worst car service
Cars often "get lost" and show up 40+ minutes late past the scheduled reservation time.
CTG aka Broker Services
CTG actually has the audacity to have an App. They also go under Broker Services which is contracted by Access A Ride. The bottom line is they are horrible. My mother has a pick up time of 7:49 am so she can get to dialysis by 8:45am. This time my poor mother waited patiently outside in the sweltering heat. Phone calls were made to find out where the driver is and to no avail they were still a no show. On numerous occasions they have been extremely late or gave the excuse of the client wasn't available. The latest excuse was "there's a glitch in the app and the drivers didn't get their list of scheduled pick ups". Really? Would I rely on this app or company to pick me up? Not!!!! If I can give a zero star I would.
