This app is the orphan of the outstanding Allstays series of apps.
Still handy but I’m skeptical about how current their database is.

Disappointed

We love the Allstay camping / rv app but the hotel app is greatly flawed. We have discovered it is missing many hotels while including others that appear to have been closed for years. We were traveling with a dog, so we were trying to stick to Motel 6 locations as they do not charge or have size restrictions for dogs. We ran across many Motel 6 locations not included on the app while coming across closed locations that were included on the app. Very disappointed!

FAQ

What does the AllStays Hotels By Chain app do?

This app helps you find locations of your favorite hotel chains, either near your current location or in a specified city. It provides direct phone numbers and official website links for each property, allowing you to book directly with the hotel.

Can I use this app without an internet connection?

Yes, a key feature of this app is its ability to function without internet service. You can use the in-app manual lookup to find hotels by state and city, ensuring you can find lodging even when you have no service.

How does this app differ from other hotel booking apps?

This app focuses on choice and direct booking rather than deals or third-party queues. It provides real hotel phone numbers and website links, and it does not push preferred brands or make money on bookings, ensuring an independent search experience.

What kind of filters are available in the app?

You can filter hotels by brand umbrella (e.g., Marriott, Hyatt) or by specific amenities such as a pool, restaurant, internet, fitness center, business center, extended stays, pet-friendly options, or truck/bus parking.

Is this app available for all devices and is it free?

The app is universal for all iOS devices. It is a paid application, meaning there is an upfront cost to download and use it. It is completely ad and sponsor free.
