Pay close attention
I can’t believe this I had points and i tried using it mobile gas station said the computer wasn’t working ok no problem 2 months later i opened the app and i had 0 points they took my points I would check the app here and there and i am 100 percent sure the app cheated me but no big deal I’ll delete the app and move on I won’t pump gas at these gas station I’ll stick with shell ..Greedy companies nothing new .. Pay attention if you are making this company rich because there for sure taking your points …PLZ READ PEOPLE

App doesn't work
Work fo getting gas fo 3 months. Suddenly not working. Customer service "Sorry can't help you. I will put a ticket in."

It’s great when it works
The app is really convenient and easy to use, but it hasn’t worked for about 2 months now.

Terrible app
The app does not update purchases or points. I have to call in each time I make a purchase at pumps or in store. The app needs a major up date. Not sure that any support reads the reviews.
No order note option!!!
I am unable to tell them about a food allergy or any other important note about my order. Because of this I simply cannot order ahead at all town, this makes it not worth it.
Need to fix the bugs!
It’s telling my card is expired when it doesn’t expire until late 2023!

There has been an Alltown Fresh in my city for over a year now but on the app they do not have any stores listed in New York. It won't allow me to pay with the app because it says there's no location near me!
Lost all my points
I had 50 cents off per gallon when it was jiffy rewards then lost it when I had to switch to the new rewards program.
