No 2D north up option!
Love almost everything about AllTrails, except the lack of a permanent 2D north up view absolutely ***** me to tears. I’m experienced with hiking off paper maps and it really helps with orientation. To have to reset the view every single time I view the map is just terrible. This is not a car nav app.

A life saver
This App is literally fantastic for someone with NO sense of direction venturing out alone for the very first time! It shows you the route then follows you round so you can see exactly where you are on the trail at any given moment and more importantly that you are going the correct way and which direction to take next.

Centennial 89 trail
I actually did from Elk Creek T.H. to Alkali T.H. , it was 11.2 miles and the Centennial is almost 124 miles. ???
Do I have to do it, and put in the information myself???? I’m SO SURPRISED THAT IT IS NOT ON THIS TRAIL APP ???? Otherwise

There is a very cool map preview feature. I download the map to my device, and I can use it while on trail, even when there’s no reception

I’ve used this app all over the country and have never had a problem or issue. Works great even in remote places with little to no service. I’ve found trails I would have never found without AllTrails. Highly recommend.
