I HAVE ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP NOT WORKING INSIDE THE STORES WHERE AM WORKING. ITS BAD CAUSE IF AM MOT REALLY CAREFUL I DO NOT GET PAY RIGHT
Time Off Tile Disappeared with Last Update
Please fix issue with Time Off tile. I need to be able to see my balance on the app.

This is the most user friendly application, and the most sufficient way to allow access to training materials. Perfect example of an app being built for all participants needs.
Simple to use
I've been using the app for about 2 years and it has improved since then. Occasionally some issues login in but nothing major. Approving hours can be tedious since you have to confirm one at a time which can take a while when you receive an entire month of work. It be great to be able to check all the dates at once then confirm all. After all, you can cancel any dates you need to afterwards.

Stalls when opening , closes when you try to enter in or update info or just times out and closes. I’m going to start requesting to be paid for the time it takes to enter in basic info. GET IT TOGETHER!
Constant updates
Such an annoyance to have to update the app every other day/ week fix the bugs and do it in one go. There isn’t anything new you have added so why all the updates
Worst tracking app for freelancers
I’ve used many apps that track freelancer work and this is by far the worst. It’s horrible to update your break times and crashes constantly. I’ve added my break accordingly and it doesn’t update, when I go back and add a new break I have to update it multiple times before it’s accepted. Only to then add all of the other breaks at once making it look like time fraud. Terrible app!

This has been a great experience working with allwork. I get paid timely timesheets are reviewed. Everything has been excellent. Have had any issues and great customer service if whenever you wanna resolve an issue.

Using the app has been easy to work with . Able to get our schedules as soon as it is post . I do appreciate the alerts when we have new assignments or when it’s time to clock in or out . They only challenge I feel is when needing to speak with a representative can be hard to get in reach of a specialist. We should be able to get a hold to someone more promptly to address our concerns. For the most this app has been a positive experience.

The Allwork app provides a great experience and easy to learn. Anytime I need help with support they respond very quickly and answer my questions. Accepting shifts and utilizing the app is very smooth. Overall an amazing experience and haven’t had any issues. Thank you.
