User unfriendly
This app is much harder to navigate thru compared to Deputy. It always says I’m out of the area when I try to clock in. The times for my shifts are all incorrect. I’m 10-3:30 not 9-2:30. My store doesn’t even open until 10. I tried clocking in today and I couldn’t because I didn’t accept the shift, when in actuality it was already assigned to me.

Needs alo of updating
I am new to using this app because this is not the way of clocking in/out at the company I work for. I’ve noticed it signs you out randomly. And also the app keeps circulating when it’s time to clock in/out ontime. This will make someone like myself who is use to clocking in/out ontime. For that I have to give a low rating. Please fix this because is an essential to our pay.

App never works . Can’t log out for breaks . Always waiting to “load data. Super glitchy all the time .
Annoying
App does not keep me logged in all the time , the screen set up is not user-friendly.
GPS/Location Feature
The app has potential, but the GPS/location feature needs significant improvement. At my work location, it often fails to detect my correct location, preventing me from clocking in on time even when I arrive as scheduled. Clocking out as well which creates inaccurate time records.
I hope the developers improve the GPS accuracy and provide an alternative way to clock in and out when location services or signal are unreliable. Fixing this would make the app much more dependable for employees who rely on it every day.
