Difficult.
not efficient. Not as user friendly as other work apps I’ve utilized. Logs me out every time & forces me to log in - unable to synch it into my phone calendar- forcing me to log in every time to view my schedule. Super frustrating & inconvenient. I also would like to know the count of my weekly hours without needing to count myself. We live in a world where these types of things should be easier. I want to see my weekly schedule period.

the worst
this is the slowest app, doesn’t load properly, clocking in and out is never seamless. there’s always a lag resulting in missed punches out of assigned work location. You cant expect someone to sit and wait for 1-,15,20 minutes for a punch to load…. I would rather write my hours down by pencil and paper and send a carrier pigeon to record my time

User unfriendly
This app is much harder to navigate thru compared to Deputy. It always says I’m out of the area when I try to clock in. The times for my shifts are all incorrect. I’m 10-3:30 not 9-2:30. My store doesn’t even open until 10. I tried clocking in today and I couldn’t because I didn’t accept the shift, when in actuality it was already assigned to me.

Needs alo of updating
I am new to using this app because this is not the way of clocking in/out at the company I work for. I’ve noticed it signs you out randomly. And also the app keeps circulating when it’s time to clock in/out ontime. This will make someone like myself who is use to clocking in/out ontime. For that I have to give a low rating. Please fix this because is an essential to our pay.

GPS/Location Feature
The app has potential, but the GPS/location feature needs significant improvement. At my work location, it often fails to detect my correct location, preventing me from clocking in on time even when I arrive as scheduled. Clocking out as well which creates inaccurate time records.
I hope the developers improve the GPS accuracy and provide an alternative way to clock in and out when location services or signal are unreliable. Fixing this would make the app much more dependable for employees who rely on it every day.

Not a fan so far
Super glitchy and slow. Clicking in and out is not accurate since the app operates so slowly or gives me error codes.

Layout could be better!
It isn’t laid out like deputy. It just shows two days of schedule then you have to click on the calendar to see the full schedule you also don’t have anywhere to see the approved for shifts done. As well as clocking in it reports you as being out of the area, which is not true I am in the area we have to clock in prior to entering under ground as the WiFi and connection takes a while and then before you know it you are later. It’s just not user friendly like deputy is.

Majority of the time is slow and not accurate.

Horrible app, even with every update
I've been using this app for work for about two yrs now & even with several updates nothing has helped it work effectively. Extremely slow, closes unexpectedly. Not user friendly what so ever.
