Worst app ever
This app glitches and is laggy. It needs to be able to sync to your calendar or able to export your schedule. Needs to count the time on breaks and be able to see time card for shift. Time to hire a better designer. This isn’t 2000

The app crashes, I have to force quit it every time before I open it in order for it to work. You should also be able to see the hours you’ve worked/pay within the app. I can’t even log into the self service website for my paystubs but I haven’t had time to call the help line. Also the app needs to start including the ADDRESS of the store location not just a store number.

Not impressed
I have to constantly close and reopen the app. It is always freezing up, or showing nothing. It’s very difficult to operate when I am working because I have to restart the app when clocking in and out for shifts and breaks.
Terrible Organizer
This app makes no sense. It's extremely difficult to get information organized and it doesn't keep track of things properly. It's obviously designed to be "trendy" with the everything being lower case, but it's unprofessional. It never loads properly and there's no way to sync with your calendars. It ends up being a much bigger waste of time than any other app I've ever used.

Always a Glitch
Worst app ever, takes forever to load messes up time punches, there’s always a glitch. This company seems fairly new so I hope they improve. And a way to sync shifts from the app to my phone calendar like my other app did would be nice and a clearer way to see all assigned shifts in one list.

Constantly freezes glitches ,deletes shifts , takes forever to let me clock in alerts me to clock in when I’ve been at work for an hour already , alerts for open shifts show up after the shift is already gone & constantly kicks me out so I don’t receive notifications about shifts honestly the most frustrating thing to use as I’m writing this the app won’t populate my shifts so I can’t clock out of my shift deputy never gave these problems

I often get errors trying to punch in or punch out or take a break. It’s super frustrating.
Slow App
This is a super slow and the calendar is almost impossible to be used.
Dysfunctional app!!
The deputy app was way better. This app is complete nonsense and not functionable. The app also do not put the address of the stores, so we don’t even know where we’re trying to go for work.

Horrible service
It is impossible to sign in, clock in/out. This app takes forever to sign in or out. It kicks you out of the app and when there is available work, by the time you’re able to get to it… it’s taken! Missed job opportunities.
Issues
I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0….. this app used to be great. But now it takes far too long to open, it freezes up and shuts down often. I’m not sure what’s going on but it needs to be fixed. It’s very inconvenient to be in the middle of entering your recaps and your time and the app shuts down.

The worst app ever
This app makes my life miserable. It takes 10+ minutes to load up to do something simple like clocking in, picking up a shift, and clocking out. It glitches out all of the time, crashes, and closes out. Also asking for precise location is invasive and in legal standing in a grey area of legality. If I didn’t need this app to literally pay my bills, I’d refuse to use it. Randstad is the absolute worst company and they do nothing to fix the problem and just say all the customer service things to get me off the phone and shut me up. If I could give the app negative stars I would, and I’d give Randstad as a company negative stars too.

App loading difficulties
I have a great deal of trouble loading the app to clock in and out each time. I have deleted the app and downloaded again multiple times. I have also switched from Wi-Fi to cellular data to problem solved. I end up having to shut my phone off for a small amount of time and then restart it and wait quite a while for the app to load each time just to be able to clock in and out for my shift in my lunch.
