Horrible service
It is impossible to sign in, clock in/out. This app takes forever to sign in or out. It kicks you out of the app and when there is available work, by the time you’re able to get to it… it’s taken! Missed job opportunities.
Issues
I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0….. this app used to be great. But now it takes far too long to open, it freezes up and shuts down often. I’m not sure what’s going on but it needs to be fixed. It’s very inconvenient to be in the middle of entering your recaps and your time and the app shuts down.

The worst app ever
This app makes my life miserable. It takes 10+ minutes to load up to do something simple like clocking in, picking up a shift, and clocking out. It glitches out all of the time, crashes, and closes out. Also asking for precise location is invasive and in legal standing in a grey area of legality. If I didn’t need this app to literally pay my bills, I’d refuse to use it. Randstad is the absolute worst company and they do nothing to fix the problem and just say all the customer service things to get me off the phone and shut me up. If I could give the app negative stars I would, and I’d give Randstad as a company negative stars too.

App loading difficulties
I have a great deal of trouble loading the app to clock in and out each time. I have deleted the app and downloaded again multiple times. I have also switched from Wi-Fi to cellular data to problem solved. I end up having to shut my phone off for a small amount of time and then restart it and wait quite a while for the app to load each time just to be able to clock in and out for my shift in my lunch.

Strange app
Please fix the times for shifts. I live in the pacific time zone. Posted times are in the eastern zone. I have to do a lot of extra steps to report when I work. And my latest shift was not reported bc I kept getting message that I did not share my location so I had to call everything in to RS support. While I appreciate the safety net, That is more unpaid work time for me.
Had to call again bc my latest shift times were adjusted to even later times than they should have been. This should be an easy fix for IT and this app is not user friendly.

Uncertain
Most of the time, the shifts display times that have already passed. For example, if a shift started at 9:00, it briefly appears for about 2 seconds, then disappears, only to reappear again when it is 10:00. So disappointing

It takes about 10/15 minutes to load with or without WiFi to open the app and switching tabs. Even to clock in, it took 35 minutes for me to be able to access my time sheet to clock In And even to clock out.
Issues
Id give 0 stars if I could…I used to have no issues with the Randstad app but lately it takes FOREVER to load and asks you to update the app numerous times with no improvement. It shuts down constantly… it’s terrible.

What is this!?
This app is garbage especially compared to Deputy. I’ve called multiple times, get an incident number, wait for a call back and 2 days later get an email saying my case is resolved and if it hasn’t been resolved to respond to email. I respond to email letting them know the matter is not resolved and get nothing in return. Not an email. Not a phone call. Then it takes forever to load weather you’re on or off WiFi.

App becomes extremely slow after updating to version 2.18.0
Since updating to version 2.18.0, the app has become very slow when opening from notifications or reopening from background. I receive shift notifications, but when I tap them, the app takes 10–15 seconds to load. The previous version worked much faster. This only started after updating to version 2.18.0.

Extremely slow and frustrating app!
This has been a very frustrating work app me and many of my colleagues. It takes forever to load regardless which internet you’re using.
Even after it opens it is ridiculously slow to use. Onboarding for this company was also beyond frustrating and took way to much time. Definitely would not recommend it.

I’m not able to log in it’s been some good time that I’ve been trying and so many times I’ve had to reset my password I’m losing track on my work opportunities if I can’t log in
Needs Serious Improvement
The GPS feature is not accurate and I’ve had to add photos for my clock in. It won’t let me clock in for my shift. Constant glitches. Frozen home screens, the calendar days get out of sorts sometimes. It’s frustrating

The Randstad app offers useful features, such as easily updating availability, submitting timesheets, and accepting or declining shifts. However, the app’s performance is quite slow. It takes a long time to open and refresh, which makes it frustrating when trying to secure new shifts quickly.
There is also a noticeable delay between SMS and in app notifications, which causes confusion and missed opportunities. While it was advised to use the website version which works much better, it is inconvenient to have to log in each time instead of relying on the app.

Not a fan
Not a user friendly app at all. Takes too long to load. 80% of the time it tells me I’m not at my location while I’m standing in the store to clock in or out. It’s incredibly frustrating.
