Can’t even log in
The delivery team needs to POST SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS in the app description!
Nowhere in the app description or “Requirements” do we see that the app does not support iPhone SE. You may get stuck in a loop where the phone keyboard covers the username and password entry fields, meaning that you can’t log in. If you contact tech support, count on at least 5 back-and-forth messages before the first-line team escalates the ticket. Four or five more iterations occur before Engineering comes back with, “We don’t support that phone.” The app is useless if it doesn’t work on your mobile device. If you try with an unsupported phone, you’ll waste at least three hours of your life before anyone asks the right question.

Impossible d'encoder un mot de passe pour se connecter , le clavier apparaît et vient cacher la place où il faut encoder
Extremely poor interface
App keeps crashing upon login. Most times whenever you bring the app up it greets you with a “We ran into a technical error. Please try again later.” Message. Then you just try again (immediately, not later) and it goes on to do its job… only to crash again eventually.
This app is as bad as its web front sibling, which keeps logging you out (on either chrome, safari or Firefox) while you’re in a live session, no idle time.

App Privacy "Nutrition Label" Incorrect
App Store listing claims no data is collected. The app, however, requires account login and on first launch asks if it can collect anonymized data.
Easy to use, but rarely refreshed
I keep seeing the same list of jobs day after day. Am I doing something wrong?
