3 days to get a doctor then bad treatment
I been trying to get call from Doctor since Friday 3/20/26. 5:20pm. Doctor called 2 hours later and my phone didn’t ring or anything. I called back and they put me back in for doctor. Hour or more someone from here called and said they couldn’t get me a doctor.
scheduled me for 10am 3/21/26. I called at 9:50 no doctor was assigned yet they said no doctor found at that time. I told them to cancel it. I will reschedule when I can get a doctor.
I scheduled for today3/22/26 the Doctor I got he was to me he didn’t seem like a doctor. So, I asked and he got mad. He said he didn’t have to treat me and threatened to hang up, I told him I was only asking him. He said he said I am Dr Khalid Deed at first of the call I didn’t hear him say that. I was asking about my migraine, he was saying OTC medication would treat that. I told him they not working. He said he order antibiotic for UTI and hung up no goodbye or anything.
I would liked 1-2 pills of my migraine medication he wouldn’t give me time to tell him that. I didn’t even want any narcotics. He is very rude and rush to get off the phone.

This is the worst service I have ever had and it’s free
This company outsources everyone and everything, if it’s anything they deem “major”they still want to send you to pay money at a ER and not use their service. It’s all smoke and mirrors and if you are a Native American getting this from your tribe I hope you think a bit deeper
Very handy when sick
I really like the dr I had. It was very fast but thorough. I did have to go outside in the cold with bronchitis . Please don’t get rid of this program.
Horrible don’t waste your time
Can’t even prescribe muscle relaxers. Always refers you to your primary, if I had a primary why would I need Ally!

I submitted my request and received confirmation within two minutes. Jacqueline called two minutes later and was very friendly and professional. The entire process took five minutes.
I did love this app
I’ve used this app three times, the first two were amazing encounters and very easy to use. The third time, made me never want to use it again…I had a pretty big dental procedure done, 2 weeks ago…today I noticed a cyst and when I touched it with my tongue, it literally exploded, there’s a hole with loose skin around the area…the Dr. told me that it was completely normal and that I don’t need an antibiotic 😅 unfortunately this is on a weekend so my dentist is closed… so I guess I’ll just wait until tomorrow and head to urgent care

Using the app and requesting a consult are both super easy! I set up my account in minutes and love being able to store all of my ID cards in one place. I called for a medical consult and got a call back from the doctor in minutes, then picked up my prescription at my local pharmacy. So easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Great app, well designed, and easy to use
AllyHealth is a life saver! I was able to connect with a doctor in less than 5 minutes over the weekend, and it saved me from having to sit in a waiting room at my local urgent care at risk of getting COVID. Will definitely use this again!

I am loving this AllyHealth app! Extremely user friendly, easy to navigate! I couldn’t remember my credentials and it was very easy to obtain. The face recognition is a great way to get into your account fast without typing out the username and password each time!
I made an appointment with a dermatologist and the response time was fast and my prescription was sent over to the pharmacy within an hour for pick up!

Easy to use and quick service
Used this service over the weekend to talk to a doctor. Got a call back within 5 minutes and got an Rx for my issue. About 15 minutes later my pharmacy texted me that my Rx was ready for pick up. No copay! I will use this all the time now! Super simple!
So much easier than seeing a doctor in person
I have used AllyHealth twice, and both times were great experiences! The first time was for my daughter, and the second time was for my husband. Both times, we were connected with a doctor in less than 10 minutes, and were done with the whole process in less than 20 minutes (including getting a script for my husband sent to our pharmacy). The doctors were genuinely attentive and thorough, and I would 100% recommend this to anyone... I don’t think I’ll ever drive to my doctor again, unless I absolutely have to!

The AllyHealth App is simple and easy to use. It took me less than two minutes to register my account. The AllyHealth services is great as well! I scheduled a consultation through the app and in less than 5 minutes a doctor called me right back. It is also convenient for storing my insurance information. Whenever I need to hand that information over to a doctors office, I just go into the app and it’s right there. No more stressing about finding my insurance card. The app also has an amazing pharmacy pricing tool for all of your medications if you want to use the prescription savings card. It’s nice to get an estimation a head of time before going to the pharmacy.
