Unfortunately, biometric doesn’t work and every time i need to login; In addition, before I can check if a doctor has unavailable appointment that i can be on waiting, but now i don’t now time of duty of doctors

Unfortunately, every time I try access the app, I got “update now” message that takes me back to apps store to update the application which has the latest version!!!

Even smaller hospitals have better apps
The app does not work properly. It is only designed to cater for existing patients only. Others cannot register if the records with their hospital is not matching.
All in all even smaller hospitals such as gulf asia has better app than this big hospital.

احاول افتح ملف من خلال التطبيق وعند اخر خطوة يعلق ويطلعني، وفوق كذا ارقامكم محد يرد عليها نظام بدائي يبونك تجي الفرع عشان تقدر تفتح ملف!
