After last update there is no informations
App not showing appointments and visits
1. After the last update all the booked appointments and Dr visits do not show, and this new released update still hasn’t solved the issue
2. When linking family member, it worked but when you switch to other family member you can’t switch back , you have to sign out of family member’s account then sign back in to your account

After the last update all the booked appointments and Dr visits do not show
Worse App even after updates
After the recent update, lost the information of family members and hence cant book appointment for them through this worse app. People are doing updates to improve it, this app is opposite
Needs improvement
Needs to improve the way lab results are shown. For example CBC is show as just CBC in the app and says normal or not, cbc has many factors tested under it (hgb, rdw, wbc, plt…) and patients should be able to see the result for each. Normal range should be added as what unit is used, also the ability to download as pdf would be a useful feature
