App not showing appointments and visits
1. After the last update all the booked appointments and Dr visits do not show, and this new released update still hasn’t solved the issue
2. When linking family member, it worked but when you switch to other family member you can’t switch back , you have to sign out of family member’s account then sign back in to your account

After the last update all the booked appointments and Dr visits do not show
Needs improvement
Needs to improve the way lab results are shown. For example CBC is show as just CBC in the app and says normal or not, cbc has many factors tested under it (hgb, rdw, wbc, plt…) and patients should be able to see the result for each. Normal range should be added as what unit is used, also the ability to download as pdf would be a useful feature

اول يوم يستجيبون معك ياخذون منك تحاليل بعدها ماتدري وش يصير معك ولا ردو يقولون بيتواصل معكم دكتور مختص وبالاخير لادكتور ولا هم
تطبيق سيء ويحتاج الكثير من التطوير
تم اجبارنا على هذا التطبيق لعملاء التعاونية .. لا يرتقي للمستوى المأمول ونأمل من التعاونية اعادة النظر
