About

Every dose, handled. Aloft runs your GLP-1 or peptide protocol in one place: doses, levels, sites, and weight, with nothing to decode and nothing shared. YOUR TODAY Open the app and know exactly where you stand: your next dose, when it is due, and the suggested injection site. Log a dose in about ten seconds and get on with your morning. YOUR LEVELS Aloft estimates how your compound builds up and tapers between doses, so you can see the rhythm of your protocol instead of guessing. Estimates only, clearly labeled, never a clinical measurement. Where a compound has no published human half-life, Aloft shows no curve at all rather than inventing one. YOUR LOG A body map with eight injection zones tracks where you last injected and quietly suggests the next site, so rotation takes care of itself. Add an optional note and you are done. YOUR PROTOCOL Track a GLP-1, a peptide, or both. The catalog covers semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide, plus research peptides including BPC-157, TB-500, ipamorelin and CJC-1295, or add your own. Research peptides are not FDA-approved and have no published dose, so Aloft does not invent one: you enter what your prescriber or clinician gave you. Set the schedule that matches your prescription or plan, and let gentle reminders do the remembering. Quiet hours respected. A reconstitution calculator turns vial size, water, and target dose into exact syringe units, so dose day math takes seconds. YOUR PROGRESS Weight trends toward your goal on a chart designed to show the direction, not judge the day. Log side effects in two taps and see patterns over weeks, so conversations with your clinician are grounded in your real history. YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets show your next dose and current estimated level at a glance, without opening the app. The lock screen widget keeps it to a quiet single line. YOUR PRIVACY Your doses, weights, and compounds stay on your device and in your own iCloud backup. No account is required to use Aloft. Signing in is optional and only protects your setup and subscription if you switch phones. Export your data anytime as a file you own. We have no marketplace and no community feed. Your health data stays yours. WHO ALOFT IS FOR People on a weekly GLP-1 protocol who want quiet confidence instead of spreadsheet stress. People running peptide protocols who want accurate site rotation and reconstitution math. Anyone who believes a health app should mind its own business. ALOFT PRO Start with a 7-day free trial. Aloft Pro is 39.99 USD per year (about 3.33 USD per month) or 9.99 USD per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. We will remind you two days before your trial ends. A NOTE ON CARE Aloft is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Level curves are estimates for orientation, not clinical measurements. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber or clinician. Terms of Use: https://tryaloft.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://tryaloft.com/privacy

What's New in Aloft

1.2

August 11, 2026

Peptides, properly. The catalog now covers research peptides alongside the GLP-1s: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, ipamorelin, and CJC-1295 in both its with-DAC and without-DAC forms, which are not the same molecule and are not treated as one. Each is marked not FDA-approved and arrives with no dose filled in, because there is no official one to fill in. You enter what your prescriber or clinician gave you. Aloft will not invent a level curve either. For 4 of the 6, no usable human half-life has ever been published, so the app says so and shows no curve rather than estimating one from animal data or from a different molecule. Onboarding no longer promises a curve to a compound that will never have one. Onboarding is also shorter and says less about itself, the science screen leads with facts about the compound you actually picked, and Apple Health brings your latest weigh-in across so your trend is not empty on day one. Plus a lighter look throughout and a batch of layout fixes across Today and Settings.
