The worst ever
Quite possibly the worst banking app and BANK ever
Their charges are astronomical, I had to get an account with these thieves as I was receiving rent for a property that I owned in Cyprus and part of the tenants rent came from the Cyprus government who guess what, they would only send their part payment to a bricks and mortar bank and not to an internet euro account. Alpha bank’s charges are nothing but theft, 42 euros to withdraw any amount, 50 euros per quarter low activity fee. I have now got rid of the property (basically thrown the keys back to the BOC, who are another bunch of thieves) I am now trying to close this account but the app keeps on crashing but to top it all they are charging me 100 euros to close the account, absolute scum thieves so avoid at all costs

Broken again!
This is the third time an update has erased all my login information. I am amazed at the incompetence of this company who appear to have no shame at how much inconvenience they cause for those who pay their wages. Remember it’s our money that keeps you running, not the other way round. Look for alternatives!
