If you love texting your friends your score in a particular daily word game, you’ll love this one. Alpha Bets is an incredibly fun and engaging new word game that perfectly combines elements of poker with a Scrabble-type word creation. Playing private games with friends is a major highlight. I love the concept, and the free version offers surprising value, notably without apparent ads. While I’ve noticed what seems to be a high frequency of letters like X, Z, and J, I’m optimistic this will be adjusted as the game is still early in its development. I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve!
