I’ve been a member for a bit over a year and I can’t be more grateful to the amazing coaches and staff at Alpha fit Glen Rock. My fitness level has skyrocketed since starting last October. Not only is it a great workout every time but an amazing supportive community. I never dread going to class and look forward to each one. Phenomenal workout for a 1 hour class! I started going twice a week and have become addicted to living a better life for myself and my kids! I’ve reached 250 classes thus far and wouldn’t be possible without the community and coaches at ALPHA!
