The app won’t even let me sign in as after countless attempts it won’t send me the OTP
New app is a nightmare to log into
The new app has been a nightmare to log in. Even thought I input my details it keeps saying that the account exists and I should use username and password to login.
That’s not even an option??? It’s all mobile number based?!
I just don’t want to lose all the points I had accumulated before the switch to the new app…

Won’t allow to enter
Even after deleting the app and reinstalling, it gets stuck on the opening screen to choose between reload and clear cache and neither work, simply returning me to the same screen with same choices.
Not working
The old app doesn’t work and it won’t update to the new version. They probably forgot to take into account older model iPhones.
Love the new update!
The new version is such a big improvement! I like that everything is now in one app — no more switching between two. It’s faster, easier to use, and the single QR code for all transactions is super convenient. Everything just feels smoother and more organized. Great job on the update! 👏
App not updating
Cannot see the offers or shopping information and not updating my points
No verification code
Can open an account but unable to receive the verification code
English mobile
I have an account but the app doesn’t allow me to sign in as the app doesn’t send my verification code.
Wallet functionality
Why don’t you make the app compatible with wallet? It will make it easier for the customer to scan the code without having to launch the app...

Very buggy and disappointing
I've tried to register three times. It didn't work, because apparently usernames or emails that have been in use for 10+ years are incorrect from the app's point of view, and then you'll just have start over.
Better to just use the old way in the store.
