New customer. First order went through fine. Subsequent orders with various payment methods fail. No chat support. Rubbish.
Isn’t working at all
I have always used this without issue on annual trips to Cyprus but now it won’t let me sign in via any platform or even create a log in. Keeps forgetting my location due to this so I have to keep re-entering it… makes ordering food a nightmare. Please sort this out.
Could use some work
Foody doesn’t have the option to actually write detailed rating. It only has stars to choose. I think it would be very useful for people to know what they are ordering and for the shops to have an actual input. Whenever i left a note for an order it was left unseen as well, and the lucky pinata (discount) has the same shops over and over again. Furthermore there is no phone number of the shops either to even call for the message you want to give them.

When making payments online, I prefer to use virtual cards.

Rubbish
Can’t even set the app up. My address isn’t recognised, no shops or stores deliver to the area, but deliver to my friends?
