New customer. First order went through fine. Subsequent orders with various payment methods fail. No chat support. Rubbish.
Isn’t working at all
I have always used this without issue on annual trips to Cyprus but now it won’t let me sign in via any platform or even create a log in. Keeps forgetting my location due to this so I have to keep re-entering it… makes ordering food a nightmare. Please sort this out.
Could use some work
Foody doesn’t have the option to actually write detailed rating. It only has stars to choose. I think it would be very useful for people to know what they are ordering and for the shops to have an actual input. Whenever i left a note for an order it was left unseen as well, and the lucky pinata (discount) has the same shops over and over again. Furthermore there is no phone number of the shops either to even call for the message you want to give them.

When making payments online, I prefer to use virtual cards.

Rubbish
Can’t even set the app up. My address isn’t recognised, no shops or stores deliver to the area, but deliver to my friends?
Discount fraud
I chose this app to order food because it has been sending me emails about a 12€ voucher discount and i thought to try it out. There was no way i could place this discount as there was no code or whatever. Also i had placed an order before ‘lucky pinata’ finished countdown and the discount was not applied

Worst food app possible
The app won’t even let me make an account. Never mind order food.
I have tried to sign up to make an account on 3 devices with 6 different methods and emails, and each getting an error stating (wrong format) when all I did was enter my first, last name, email and passwords all in the correct associated boxes.

Terrible
Nothing worked, wouldn’t let me log in, couldn’t find my location, couldn’t send me a verification text and then Apple Pay wouldn’t even work. Ridiculous.

Great app, never had any problems. However other key competitors have better UI experience, more information provided and a better overall variety of coffee shops, restaurants
No sms code
Can’t finish my order just because your sms service didn’t deliver sms to international carriers… and you made this tel confirmation required… as a result, you are loosing the clients and money =( 🤦🏼♂️ bye-bye!
Cant order without a phone number
I couldn’t place an order as it requires a phone number. Why is that so necessary? People are traveling to other countries and we don’t need to take a new country number for each place to make an order.

They give you coupons but you cannot apply them at checkout. “There is a problem connecting to the server” which has been going on since last week!
