Thank you!

Helping me save my baby, thank you

Effective and easy

It has good report options and allows for adding additional notes regarding feeding insulin exercise and other relevant activities. It connected fine to my iPhone. It’s helping tremendously with my pups adjusting to insulin. The report options can be shared with your vet who can then give you feedback ect. Thanks Alphatrak

The app is difficult to sync and takes multiple attempts.

Add a place for notes

I find the app very helpful since my cat was diagnosed. The one thing that could be added is a place for daily notes. We are in the middle of a heatwave and I had to change up his schedule but I had no where to make notes.
Otherwise it is a very helpful tool.

Seriously???

I have to pay $80 for this device and have to resync the Bluetooth EVERYTIME I use it. This is a known issue with this meter. I’m considering going back to the human meter that is $20 with a way better app that WORKS and I can send directly to my vet. Absolutely insane the cost of this for the quality/ support you get.
