Pairing unstability and historical data loss
The watch unpairs from the app without any obvious reason and need to be paired back manually (sometimes you need several pairing attempts). Additionally, all my historical data seem to be lost and when I download cloud backup data, all I get is an empty data file.

Je possède 2 montres Alpina connectées, une Alpinax Glow et une AlpinaX Alive. Je n’arrive pas à avoir les 2 montres simultanément dans mon application. Je dois systématiquement en dissocier une pour connecter l’autre. Normal ou pas ? Sinon quelle est la procédure.

Worst brand for a connected watch or watch lovers
App pour Smartwatch Alpiner X Alive
J’utilise l’application, appairée avec une montre Alpina Alpiner X Alive sur iPhone. Pas de problème de fonctionnement depuis 1 an et même si l’application mériterait d’évoluer un peu, l’ensemble fonctionne bien et je suis satisfait.
C’est une application companion correcte pour utiliser la montre.

Alpina smartwatch app is garbage
How do you expect people to use your product? I have been an Alpina fan for a while now and owned multiple Alpina automatic watches. Today I start to question my fandom after attempting to use my smart watch. It’s either the app is garbage or the watch is. I wasted 2 hours trying to pair a stupid watch with an iPhone and it never happened. Sent couple of messages to customer service. No answer. This is unacceptable and should be fixed. Instable
Depuis peu l’application est instable, impossible de synchroniser ma montre. Et l’apps se ferme automatiquement quand je la lance.

Wasn’t too happy with the app and watch until I travelled. Dealing with multiple timezones can be a pain when getting off airplanes but the Alpina was so useful when I took my mobile off airplane mode. It also has dual timezones which was helpful when checking the time back home. The step counter is super helpful when you wanna know if you’re moving enough or to determine the amount of sightseeing that’s been done.
The app is very easy to use but it isn’t refreshing as quickly as I’d like. It may log you off frequently which is a pain. The cloud data backup is free and can’t complain about that. The notifications may be handy but the watch isn’t loud enough to take them seriously but if you are looking to spend time away from holding your phone, the push notifications may be helpful. I just wish it was more stable and have regular updates.

Imposible volver a sincronizar.
Lo dicho. Imposible volver a sincronizar desde ningún dispositivo y el soporte cómo si no existiese. Un pena.
Application et montre d’un autre temps
L’application est très succincte et peu ergonomique. Cette appli n’est pas aboutie.
La montre (Alpinerx Alive) est un raté presque complet :
- Accrochage du GPS ultra capricieux,
- Perte régulière du GPS (considère alors que j’ai marché 500m alors que 8km)
- Navigation dans les menus lente et impossibilité d’avoir des raccourcis,
- Impossible de désactiver le capteur cardio,
- Vibration presque imperceptible,
- Perte régulière du bluetooth
Pour le presque : c’est une belle montre et je cherchais une montre à aiguille simple qui puisse compter mes pas. Ceci elle le fait très bien.

Hatte vor einer Ewigkeit mir das Alpina E-Strap gekauft, um meine Schritte an dem kleinen Schließmechanismus zu tracken. Der gute Gedanke funktionierte nur leider nie bzw. wurde nie von der App anerkannt. Verbranntes Geld und eine Marke von der ich nicht einmal mehr etwas geschenkt bekommen möchte.

Watch not working
I use the watch for a year, mouth a go the pointer slow down. You can’t see the hours. Last week the watch stop completely. Makes me change the battery. Install the new battery the watch not working. You can’t connect no bleau toot signal nothing. Re set the app go by all instructions, still not working. Spend all this money on the watch you can’t have consumer service!!!! Send 6 emails no answer from Alpina nothing nothing. I have to throw in the garbage the watch??????? I am very angry!

Il manque quelque chose
Bonjour, l’application est très agréable à utiliser et assez intuitive. Cependant, il faudrait ajouter un bouton pour activer la synchronisation, assez souvent, il faut attendre pour que la montre se synchronise toute seule.

Auf einmal spinnt die App
Von einem Tag auf dem anderen stürzt die App ab, wenn sie die Sync mit der Uhr versucht. Die üblichen „Ratschläge“, wie App und Handy neu starten, Bluetooth zurücksetzen, App neu installieren bringen nichts. Ohne App ist eine Smartwatch aber nutzlos. Wenn man bedingt, wie teuer diese Uhr ist……

J’ai l’application couplée à ma montre alpina, bien que l’appli permette des personnalisations et des enregistrements santé et autres assez corrects, cette dernière ne cesse de planter.
Elle se ferme spontanément d’elle même. Ce qui l’a rend inutilisable jusqu’à réinstallation. Puis après elle fonctionne quelques jours.Cependant ça fait déjà 5fois que je réinstalle tout et j’avoue que c’est pénible.
