Very frustrating
This is ridiculous. Their mobile app is terrible, and malfunctions all of the time. For example, their face ID (which makes it much easier and faster to log in), stops randomly. But the worst part about this app, is it crashes all of the time, meaning it doesn’t let me log in AT ALL at times! There’s times, like everybody else, NEEDS to transfer over time money or check their balance!! How can you do that when the app doesn’t allow you to log in?! They’re not 24/7 either, so I have to wait until open hours. I have called the branch MULTIPLE times for them to fix it, and get it running again, and it’s getting old! Shouldn't this tell you guys to upgrade something and get an actual fix on this app? I’m tired of guessing whenever I open this app if it’s going to work or not that day. FIX THIS!

Remedial app
Alpine CU really needs to invest in their online banking functionality. When I interact with the bank, or their app, their technology seems so far behind that I also worry about the security of the bank. A bank that is this far behind can’t be technologically savvy when it comes to security practices. It seems the bank invests so little it their technology platform. And in an increasingly mobile world, this is a deal breaker.

So Awesome!!!!
Alpine Credit Union seriously has one of the best apps of a financial institution that I have used. I don't know what that other person that reviewed the app problems was, but I've never had a simpler app to use. Once bill pay was set up, it was super easy. Their card control feature is awesome where you can block and unblock your credit/debit cards at a wim. (Used it myself, works instantly) Remote deposit capture is awesome too and makes it convenient to deposit checks when I get them. Overall, very impressed and easy to use. If I had any questions, I just give them a call and they help me right away! Great Job Alpine! This is an awesome app!!!

Worst app ever.
I was so excited when I heard Alpine Credit Union came out with an app. Don't get too excited. I feel bad giving this app even one star. This app is almost as bad as their website. It has no functionality whatsoever. It tells you what you have in your accounts but if you want to pay bills or anything worth while this app is worthless. It is the most complicated process to pay bills I've ever seen. I will never get another loan from Alpine Credit Union again. It has been a nightmare.
