Unusable App

I can’t recall a worst app than this. It connects on my iPhone but doesn’t allow me to do anything while it just cycles through connect and disconnect. On my iPad, I was able to get it working but Config screen is blank. I don’t think you can call this app even a product.

Useless! Can’t export video!

I’ve had this for 2 years and I’m throwing it away. Full of errors and difficult to use. Finally needed it and it’s not possible to export videos. Saved the footage and clicked “export”. “You must grant access to photos”…no problem…except their app doesn’t have photo access as an option…seriously. NEVER trust a Japanese app.
