Someone that can use the app. It still does not work. Wish company would find another oil sample company that actually cared enough to monitor app. Slowing down work process just to label and send off oil samples.

Don’t update
Updated app and it made it worse, bar code scan not work and have to enter manually.
Incompetence is at all time high
I go through the helping nature routine and supply free paid products for a customer to provide oil samples for his benefit. My mistake was trying to help. How? By giving free sample product apparently attached to me and to my company. This caused me to end up with the Bill not the customer who needed the sample. ALS fought and argued over a month threatening collections on me for my kindness. Never again. Incompetence

servive not very good
took a week back and forth emails with als to get an account set up, then when i sent a sample in the sent the results to someone else. luckily I knew the person they sent it to; and they never put the results online to access the app
