My company has 129 monitors, however app onlny shows 83 monitors. This problem has been going on since this new update took over.

Update caused new issues rather than fixing old ones

With the latest update, the “Search” function for changing the Organization doesn’t seem to be working at all. When searching for the exact name of an organization that I know exists, it returns nothing.
The web portal isn’t perfect, but it’s far superior to the app. It would be nice if the mobile app was developed to the same standard, since this is the only option for some of our team working out in the field.

The app no longer works. I’ve taken all of their recommendations of deleting, redownloading, signing out, refreshing etc and nothing works.
