The app is one of the worst I have ever used. It’s not functional, the nationality section offers no options, and it’s extremely slow.
It’s a shame that this app is being advertised at Dubai Airport and presented to tourists.

App doesn’t function
I reiterate The previous review of Hassey. On nationality the drop list of nationality is vide. Hence can’t go forward to register. 🥲
Does not work when on Mobile network
Only work on wifi. I dont understand its a simple thing to test whether app works on mobile network or not. Not sure how they released the app without testing. It does not work with esim as well. I think they want to offer tourist the discount. Developers get this tested and fixed.
Slow. Cant register.
Dont get this app is endorsed by travellers and yet its super slow and unable to register. What a shame.

Great app but no single store knows it and i was not able to use it anywhere
To redeem offer , a seller needs to enter “pin”. No seller knew of Al Saada app let alone pin itself. I was made feeling like a “not the sharpest tool in the shed” telling that this app is a legit. I was given “are you all right, girl?” kinda looks from the sellers. I wanted to make a purchase of 6000 aed and ended up canceling the transaction due to approach from seller and his comment of “al Saada, what is this?” App

Doesn’t load and very slow. Need a huge improvement.
Can’t unsubscribe from emails
After getting the app I started to receive promotional emails that I never signed up for. I asked to stop getting these emails but I’m still getting them.
Unable to register
Takes a long time to load to register, afterwards the Nationality drop-down is empty, but is a mandatory field
Unsure how to use
Note: you must be in UAE and not have VPN turned on to sign up. You cannot sign up until after you pass through customs at airport.
Instructions aren’t clear on how to redeem. Can I buy tickets online directly and get refunded at the venue? Do I have to buy tickets at the venue? Unclear on how to receive the discounts.

Can’t select nationality
Unable to use this app as I can’t select the nationality in the drop down box.
Cannot input nationality
I am not able to input my nationality and cannot register as a tourist.
Nationality doesn’t work.

Problems
The app works extremely slowly it takes ages to open secondly when you fill all your documents and move on to complete the nationality section when you press that section it direct you to the search engine and guess what when you type the designated country name it doesn’t pop up any countries name
