Worst application
They delete all the points and started a new cashback system. And they not excepting their fault. Useless application.. not even one star..

I’ve always been a fan of Paul since I first had their food. I love the croissants and desserts especially.
The recent app update has left me at a loss as I did not receive my free birthday cake voucher this month. Apparently it’s because I didn’t use the app/purchase. What can February born people do when we didn’t even know about this rule change - it’s not really fair that you didn’t give us more time for a purchase and hence the free loyalty voucher. Do better Paul Arabia!

Need the previous update!
Previous app was such smooth and nice. Never had complaint since I was using it for like 3years straight but today i updated my app and i couldn’t even find my yas mall restaurant for pick up my coffee.
