They delete all the points and started a new cashback system. And they not excepting their fault. Useless application.. not even one star..

I’ve always been a fan of Paul since I first had their food. I love the croissants and desserts especially.
The recent app update has left me at a loss as I did not receive my free birthday cake voucher this month. Apparently it’s because I didn’t use the app/purchase. What can February born people do when we didn’t even know about this rule change - it’s not really fair that you didn’t give us more time for a purchase and hence the free loyalty voucher. Do better Paul Arabia!

Need the previous update!
Previous app was such smooth and nice. Never had complaint since I was using it for like 3years straight but today i updated my app and i couldn’t even find my yas mall restaurant for pick up my coffee.

Tasty dinner, drinks and desserts. Amazing care and service from the restaurant staff. A special thanks to Mr Mohamed the head waiter for his service and care. He really made our dining experience very special. Very grateful to him and to his team and for the very delicious food and for making us feel very welcomed and relaxed.

Birthday cake treat
I’m grateful for Paul’s initiative to give free birthday cakes for birthday celebrants! It’s just that when i came to the DFC branch, small cakes was not offered intead i was offered eclairs and mille. Anyhow, still thank you Paul for the initiative 🙏🤩🫶 We loved your cakes and my sister had my cake bought from Paul last november 25th, it’s our favorite!

I had a great experience today in Paul, City Center Al Zahia branch, specifically with the waiter Islam who was very helpful, attentive and most importantly with a fast service.

My friends and i enjoy our dinner . The food was excellent specially the chocolate fondant 💯% and the waiter named ahmad especially Ms Mira was very polite and helpful 👏 they’re very attentive and gave us excellent service.

Serving portion
So I’d been thinking of trying the chicken vol-au-vent for some time and it seems that Paul took the word ‘portion’ to heart…. The serving is delicate fraction of what should be a main, a petite circle of croissant immaculately cut out from another one. Also, it felt flavorful but greasy. Would I have it again? If only it wouldn’t necessitate something else to bought afterwards to fill the gaps in the tummy. Certainly not aligned with price!

The new menu is really exotics not worth the money old classing fro Paul was far better ..these drastic changes into the menu to make it fancy is not working the famous chocolate almond croissant taste dry and has lost torsional flavour the tarts are dry less juicy and they are charging more for it

The menu has an extensive variety of options and everything we tried was great
I really enjoyed the creative takes on traditional food.
The onion soup is one of my favorites, lately on 2025 They updated their menu
( they added Entrecôte) it’s a famous dish from the French cuisine.
Some times I go for light cheese and croissants or a salad and I enjoy the bread with butter and olives paste they serve free whenever I order meals
From appetizers to sweets, this restaurant well surpassed our expectations every time we go with family or friends
The atmosphere in Paul restaurant at Jeddah Park mall is absolutely great , the cozy atmosphere ,special area outside during a beautiful Jeddah’s cool temperature, the soft lights and elegant decor , the services also the staff members were very knowledgeable about the food and provided fantastic suggestions , Truly excellent services. I would like to thank Mr. Marwan he was very helpful whenever we visited Paul restaurant at Jeddah Park mall.
