Every time I load it up it tells me “No network connection, check cellular or wi-if” and I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app numerous times through Wi-Fi AND my cellular data just to try and get it to work. Please fix this

Love small town banking - hate the app. I drive 25 minutes to town to check my account because the app is so slow and never recognizes password.

This is the worst app and Bank. Their app does very minimal functions, chunky, sloppy, looks like the 90’s, WAY too long to load, and they are always and I mean always having downtime for maintenance! Getting a new bank asap!!!
Bank customer
Since Glacier took over Alta Bank, just about everything has gone down hill including this app. Do they want me to find a new bank?
Password used to work
When glacier bank bought this app things went down hill. Now my password never works anymore. I am about ready to switch banks.
Worked great until Glacier
This app worked just fine until Altabank became apart of Glacier. The app glitches so badly and takes forever to load. It never recognizes my password and trying to get it reset is a nightmare. I can never check my account balance without an issue and honestly I’m to the point where I just don’t even want an account here.

Junk app
Have to reset password every time I use the app. Junk customer service regarding the issue and will cause me to take my banking elsewhere.
Many issues
I’ve been kicked out of my account and my login info has been removed several times and won’t let me back in. It also has removed my facial recognition multiple times. I’ve had several issues with this app and had to call in each time to fix it which is usually an ordeal.
Awful bank and app
I will be switching banks because of this app. I have hated it for years. Horrible.
BROKEN APP!!
App is broken and will not even let me log into check my balance. Other than that they have very limited options on the app and that’s if it even works!!
Won’t work on I phone 13
Won’t work on my new I phone. I called in and they said they had some complaints and would be working on it. Really a pain to have to go the long way into the site when the app used to work on my old phone.

Worst banking institution I’ve ever been a part of in over 30 yrs. This app is terrible and the customer service is non-existent, I would never recommend this bank or app. Your money is never current and always under review that makes your account very volatile. Run as fast as you can from Alta Bank.👎

Transfer
Every time I try to transfer money the app just closes on me. So I have to keep on doing it till it works. Really annoying!

I’m having the same problem with other members and their reviews mentioned it works for a bit than you cannot sign in even with your Touch ID...I’m going crazy over this app not happy. If this isn’t fixed sooner I’ll probably close this account and stay with my husband’s UCCU banking. Their app hasn’t giving us this problem ever.

Password management is terrifying
Requiring users to enter their password manually prevents users from utilizing secure passwords. (Randomly generated 20+ character passwords stored securely on encrypted password protection software like keychain or LastPass)
Too buggy
Half the time it either doesn’t load, or won’t access my bank accounts
Slow with design problems
The most annoying bug is having to manually type your password in every time you use the app. I use a password manager and this app disables copy and paste so I have to type in a 30-digit, randomly generated mishmash just to use this app. Do you want people to use easily hackable passwords? Cuz this is how you do it! Also, some pages don't load right on iPhone SE.
