Not working
I got an email telling me what app to download and how to log in, but the instructions don’t match what I’m seeing when I download and open the app.
Doesn’t work
Can’t log in but I can log into other Cincinnati bell apps. When I try to reset password it says it sent an email but I never get one.

The app keeps saying wrong credentials on my iPad pad but my information is correct. I’ve tried it several times.
