Horrible experience
This app is nothing more than a wrapper for a website. I'm shocked Apple even allows this. There is no need to even have this app, as the entire app is basically just a website and a poor responsive one at that.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Got blocked from my account. They didn’t provide me a reason for this. After going through multiple weeks of verification and jumping through hoops and them telling me I’m finally sorted I’m still unable to access my account. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

App and browser are same. Atleast it should allow biometric login, it’s pain to login every time

Great Platform
I would just like to say that Altcoin trailer has made it so easy for me to invest in crypto, the platform is really user friendly and I love the ability to see current Buying and selling offers. I have been with them for over 5 years now and never had any problems removing funds and getting funds in.

Overall I love that they are a South African platform, and I just hope that they can see the mistakes of other exchanges and implement the positive into their business model and platform.

Dont waste your time
The support and app is absolute useless… unless you have money to throw away dont bother with altcoin trader. Much better and up to date apps… authenticate people with a piece of paper

Had the app for a long while, information was troublesome to verify, I own Shib, deposited (the correct) USDT $30-40 something to just play with for songbird, it’s been over a week and I have yet to receive it, then for customer support it now says I need to show my forms and proof of residence on a computer, AGAIN?! Great local company and service that they providing , I have been with alt coin since 2017. I just really REALLY wish you would invest in your own app . How can we trust you with our money when you can’t spend money on a decent app ?
Poor support. They don’t verify accounts. !!!!
I don’t recommend this at all. I’ve been trying to get verified for a year since I joined this. Support is absolutely non existent, they close the tickets without being resolved. I lost my phone a few months ago and unable to login using the 2fa. I’ve been emailing them for months to help me cancel the 2fa but they keep closing the tickets. This is the worst ever I regret signing up and depositing my money.

Unattractive interface for end users
Its interface it’s so bad and it makes it difficult to use the app. The fees are also ridiculously high and it’s difficult making withdrawals with this app.
Good app, some functions don't work
I have always used the web based version and thought i would opt for the app on my Mac. The app works very well except I cant use the indicators on the app version. Would it be possible to address these issues as I use it daily. If the indicators worked it would definetly be a 5\5 rating. Thanks
