I have to use this application for work off of my own phone cause the company doesn’t provide a lan line of cell phones for their sales reps. This app is horrible not only is there no ring when you call someone most of the time, there is also an echo or time delay between you talking and them so communication is rough. If I could give it no stars I would.

I have to say for having to work from home during this pandemic, this app has been extremely unsatisfactory and difficult to use. It freezes constantly, I always have to force stop and reinstall it or get out of it completely. It doesnt alllow me to transfer half of the time or put someone on hold. Its what I have to work with at the moment but its highly unfortunate and unacceptable for a business platform of any kind.

I use this when I’m on the road or need to work from home. Allows me to call internal extensions and make / receives calls as if I’m in the office. Great feature for me.
Laughably bad; complements MaxCS system perfectly
The app looks like an adolescent’s idea of a user interface. It was never a good design, not for any platform. It fits perfectly with our Altigen MaxCS phone system: it’s crappy and broken and hard to use. There’s no documentation on how to use it, and all interaction with Altigen is through a reseller, so Altigen has no incentive to help you or improve their product.
