Please fix the app!! 🙏

I just got a new Alto Busker Mini and I love the speaker!! Just one problem… the app kinda sucks. The EQ setting interface is so clunky and I can’t seem to save/reload presets the way I want them. Also, it would be great if I could select different FX through the app.

Weak EQ

Alto Busker’ this would be a perfect speaker to take to the beach and crank up some music but the EQ wont let me
Adjust anything!!!! App needs. Work until then i will be returning the speaker to Amazon

I want to love these…but…

I have had a pair of these for about 6 mos now and at first, they were great. The app was lackluster and definitely needed updating. Once the update came out, I was suddenly thrust into a new app without notice, that happened during a gig. NOT COOL. So once that went through, I started having problems with my speakers (not being fully on? ) I’ve had to start pushing the speaker to overload to get it to “work” fully. It starts out like I’m in a can, then I push the load with full volume and loud noise, then it comes on with full range and sounds great.
Not sure why this is happening. It started after the new app update. When they work, they’re great.
When they don’t - 😡😡

The EQ NEEDS HIGH/low shelf for 1 and 6 bands. But at this point, the problem is moot, as I’ve stopped using the app anyway. Maybe someone from the company will read this and contact me with some trouble shooting to help me fall back in love with these speakers AND the idea of these speakers. (I’m a professional musician and use these speakers daily. I bought them for a battery powered option to use for beach weddings and the like but they failed to live up to my expectations on the beach for my needs yesterday). DISAPPOINTED.

App completely changed

Updated App looks completely different to what you see here, this is the older version, particularly the EQ. When you set the EQ curve on the older version you could see the curve and load it to the speaker, now when you set a preset you have to go back a step before you can load it and even then I’m not convinced it loads successfully. It’s made using the Alto Busker more difficult and is a major glitch which needs fixing!!

Custom EQ interface needs improvement

When dialling in a custom EQ settings, in particular, the center frequency slider, it would be great to be able to type in a value rather than use the slider to allow for pin point accuracy. That shouldn’t take too much development I wouldn’t have thought.
