Rubbish

This is a total waste of time I’m just going to delete app
It should be set up as if you had a mixer in front of you knobs don’t turn as you touch them then goes to far

Ts 415 speakers

The speakers sound great but, with the app the Bluetooth cuts in and out very annoying, also while in Bluetooth mode, they will not play through the out XLR cable pier, subs, or any other speaker for that matter, which is very disappointing. I would not have purchased these speakers if I’ve known they were gonna have this problem. The app is very troublesome to keep working with each speaker. That’s when I restart. The Bluetooth does not hook up without re-pushing the Bluetooth button on the speaker the app does not have a button which is very frustrating if I have to walk over to the speaker to push the button every time the app needs updated a lot to make it worthy to use on stage. I would barely recommend it even to use in your own home As it’s not stable.

🙁

Please updated the app it’s stuck on scanning and searching my speaker device.

Perfect

Please fix the app!! 🙏

I just got a new Alto Busker Mini and I love the speaker!! Just one problem… the app kinda sucks. The EQ setting interface is so clunky and I can’t seem to save/reload presets the way I want them. Also, it would be great if I could select different FX through the app.

Weak EQ

Alto Busker’ this would be a perfect speaker to take to the beach and crank up some music but the EQ wont let me
Adjust anything!!!! App needs. Work until then i will be returning the speaker to Amazon

I want to love these…but…

I have had a pair of these for about 6 mos now and at first, they were great. The app was lackluster and definitely needed updating. Once the update came out, I was suddenly thrust into a new app without notice, that happened during a gig. NOT COOL. So once that went through, I started having problems with my speakers (not being fully on? ) I’ve had to start pushing the speaker to overload to get it to “work” fully. It starts out like I’m in a can, then I push the load with full volume and loud noise, then it comes on with full range and sounds great.
Not sure why this is happening. It started after the new app update. When they work, they’re great.
When they don’t - 😡😡

The EQ NEEDS HIGH/low shelf for 1 and 6 bands. But at this point, the problem is moot, as I’ve stopped using the app anyway. Maybe someone from the company will read this and contact me with some trouble shooting to help me fall back in love with these speakers AND the idea of these speakers. (I’m a professional musician and use these speakers daily. I bought them for a battery powered option to use for beach weddings and the like but they failed to live up to my expectations on the beach for my needs yesterday). DISAPPOINTED.

App completely changed

Updated App looks completely different to what you see here, this is the older version, particularly the EQ. When you set the EQ curve on the older version you could see the curve and load it to the speaker, now when you set a preset you have to go back a step before you can load it and even then I’m not convinced it loads successfully. It’s made using the Alto Busker more difficult and is a major glitch which needs fixing!!

Impossible to use!

Doesn’t work on iPhone w/ iOS 16, 17, or 18.

Will have to return speakers (TX412).

Custom EQ interface needs improvement

When dialling in a custom EQ settings, in particular, the center frequency slider, it would be great to be able to type in a value rather than use the slider to allow for pin point accuracy. That shouldn’t take too much development I wouldn’t have thought.

Average app, more to desire

Connection seems to be ok reliable, but many things/feature to desire. Some things I absolutely DON’T like-
Custom EQ - you cannot tell what last custom EQ was used/uploaded on the speaker. Only can guess or keep upload cause I can’t tell.
Color speaker label - why use color, simply text label is much more efficient, now I have to remember the color as another layer of memory unless I color my speakers.
EQ frequency settings - like other reviewer said, frequency setting is hard to make change, no number input, slide bar is hard to use.
Overall app - simple as basic features only, app navigation is just ok, some basic things are missing, could be better.

Dommage.

TS48 lacking mix fixture

Not able to mix channel one and two on the app, what a stupid oversight!!!

Guter Ansatz schlechte Umsetzung

App läuft nicht! Bitte fixen!!!

The app doesn’t even do the basis requirements. Where’s the mixer? And the response is sooooo slow. It’s the 21st century guys, get with it 😬

love the App EXCEPT…

I have the TS4 series powered monitors (GREAT Monitors) and the app works well to control them. However, I would love to see some changes to the Custom EQ section so it’s easier to select a target frequency. It’s WAY TOO SENSITIVE making it almost impossible to select say 5000, 10000 & 15000 Hz. I had to use an Apple Pencil but still couldn’t select those exact frequencies. You can forget using a finger, no way you get even close.
