App not working
I am paying for this app every year and from last one and a half year, I can’t open the app, it crashes. And if by any chance it oppened then it says that your subscription is expired, even though they are taking out almost 20 canadian dollars every year from my account. I don’t know where to contact them. Please open my account and refund me my last two years subscription money

Strange behaviour
Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to the premium version of an app. However, I encountered an issue because it did not prompt me with the usual pop-up message instructing me to press the appropriate button on my Apple phone. Typically, when you make any app purchases on the Apple platform, you are guided to press the correct button on your Apple device to confirm and activate the subscription. Unfortunately, this particular app did not display such a prompt for me. Additionally, the only payment method available was Apple Pay, which is not even available in India. Despite this, I clicked on the option, and the subscription was somehow activated. I received an email from the alternative team indicating that the purchase was processed through iTunes. However, the money has not been deducted from my iTunes account, and I am puzzled as to why this is the case. Although the premium features are active, and I can access premium videos, the payment has not been reflected in my iTunes account. Furthermore, the app subscription details are missing from my subscriptions list and are not visible in the media and purchase section either.

Subscription issue
I download this app today and I feel pathetic app I have seen,
I want to take my friend id and I open this on my iPhone but she tell me don’t purchase subscription because she already pay 120 rupees for this app subscription. In this subscription two screen available but when I use her id subscription is not available. I thought that don’t worry I’ll purchase this subscription but when I subscribe and pay 120 rupees with my iTunes account after this subscription is not available yet.
How can I update this I dnt know this is pathetic experience with this application

Error playing
I have subscribed for 6 Months. After the purchase I am still not able to download any episodes of this series and 1st episode of any other web series. When I try to download it gives me an error as it is in the attachment and when I try to play the episodes it gives me an error as to subscribe again. Please fix this issue ASAP.

No Apple Play button on App
There is no apple play button on app so we can mirror screen to tv… only option to watch on phone.
Can’t restore purchase in app!
Bought 1 year subscription. Upgraded my phone and can’t restore purchase even after trying 100 times. In settings it shows i have subscription until next year august and still won’t play anything.

Worst app that I ever seen , first I paid 10 pounds for subscription and to watch next episode its asking me to another subscription , and mover over adds in middle of the series , i do not recommend this app

First of all, I tried to contact your developer team in November (19/2021) and I got email back saying due to high demand we will get back to you in 48 hours. Looks like team at ALTBalaji doesn’t have a watch in the office. It’s been 6 and half months (30th may 2022) as of today.
Secondly, I subscribed again to watch some videos after subscription went through app crashed and when I went back in the app it was showing me you need subscription to watch videos. Get your things together ALTBalaji.

The App just collapse
I paid $16.45 Canadian dollars for this app and this app just keeps on collapsing, doesn’t open at all, can’t watch anything. Just a full waste of money. Can I get a refund pls?
