Terrific App and Amazing Customer Service!
I’ve had JustWatch for years and primarily used it to receive notifications when movies and shows on my list were available on my specific streaming services, which is a feature many tracking apps lack. I was using TV Time to actually track and rate what I watched because I liked the community comment capabilities.
With TV Time shutting down, I didn’t want to lose my watch history. I imported my data in a few apps so I could decide which one I liked as a replacement, but the wait time has been extreme. On one app, I was 33,000+ in line to have my data imported (still waiting 6 days later).
I found a Reddit post saying you could email JustWatch with your TV Time zip file and JustWatch pseudonym ID and they would import it for you. I didn’t really think it would work because it sounded way too easy, but I got an email back from a team member named Steven literally two hours later that it was complete! I doubled checked and sure enough, all my history was there. I then followed up with another question and he got back to me immediately.
This kind of fast and convenient customer service is near impossible to find today, especially considering how much extra traffic these apps are getting with TV Time closing. I highly recommend giving JustWatch a shot if you’re a fellow TV Time widow(er), and especially appreciate my experience with their customer service!

Switched from TV Time
Now that TV Time is ending I was looking for a good replacement and what attracted me to JustWatch was the fact that they had an import function where you could move your history. I tried doing it on my own but kept receiving error messages so requested support. They responded quickly and resolved the issue within hours. Excellent service and I will be a user of this app as long as they have me. Steven was great.

Been a long time user and love this app. Completely worth the cost and they are only getting better. Customer service is also Five Stars (talking to you Steven!!).
Very useful for keeping track of my shows and movies
Needed to migrate my data from other tv tracking app because it’s shutting down and they did it for me very quickly. Got all of my shows and movies back, I can follow everything and create watchlists. It’s got good support from the developing team!
