So easy and useful
So handy to be able to quickly see where I can watch something and keep a list of things I want to watch in one place rather than separate lists in all the different streaming platforms!!

Hi sorry I thought this app was to watch things? But looking on it and I was just told where I could watch the things I was searching up which didn’t help me please be more accurate in what you’re describing.

Com o encerramento do TV Time, encontrei o JustWatch para suprir essa demanda por controle de séries que eu fazia. Contudo, tive um erro de importação de meus dados no app, que foi prontamente resolvido pelo Steven, da equipe de suporte. Atendimento rápido e eficiente!
Terrific App and Amazing Customer Service!
I’ve had JustWatch for years and primarily used it to receive notifications when movies and shows on my list were available on my specific streaming services, which is a feature many tracking apps lack. I was using TV Time to actually track and rate what I watched because I liked the community comment capabilities.
With TV Time shutting down, I didn’t want to lose my watch history. I imported my data in a few apps so I could decide which one I liked as a replacement, but the wait time has been extreme. On one app, I was 33,000+ in line to have my data imported (still waiting 6 days later).
I found a Reddit post saying you could email JustWatch with your TV Time zip file and JustWatch pseudonym ID and they would import it for you. I didn’t really think it would work because it sounded way too easy, but I got an email back from a team member named Steven literally two hours later that it was complete! I doubled checked and sure enough, all my history was there. I then followed up with another question and he got back to me immediately.
This kind of fast and convenient customer service is near impossible to find today, especially considering how much extra traffic these apps are getting with TV Time closing. I highly recommend giving JustWatch a shot if you’re a fellow TV Time widow(er), and especially appreciate my experience with their customer service!

Switched from TV Time
Now that TV Time is ending I was looking for a good replacement and what attracted me to JustWatch was the fact that they had an import function where you could move your history. I tried doing it on my own but kept receiving error messages so requested support. They responded quickly and resolved the issue within hours. Excellent service and I will be a user of this app as long as they have me. Steven was great.

Been a long time user and love this app. Completely worth the cost and they are only getting better. Customer service is also Five Stars (talking to you Steven!!).
Very useful for keeping track of my shows and movies
Needed to migrate my data from other tv tracking app because it’s shutting down and they did it for me very quickly. Got all of my shows and movies back, I can follow everything and create watchlists. It’s got good support from the developing team!
Great but audio issues with iOS and headphones
1 star until they fix app pausing my headphone audio each time I open the app. Even better let me disable all auto pay videos in the app

I love this app & I use it everyday!! Totally worth the monthly sub considering It saves me so much time from scrolling thru my services.
My new app post TV Time
I was devastated when I found out TV Time was ending service. I had been using it for years. Luckily, Just Watch offered an importing service to add my data from TV Time to switch over seamlessly. I had a few issues figuring it out but Steven was extremely responsive and helpful via email. He helped me to get it all set up and I can continue my media tracking there now. Despite me sending the wrong files multiple times. Steven was very kind and was able to help me in the end. I also like how Just Watch shows where you can view movies and shows very easily. Much better than TV Time did. Excited to use the app more.

Saved My TVTime Data!
I was sad I was going to lose a lot of data when TV Time went down. This company made it super easy to transfer everything over and their customer service (Thanks Steven!) was amazing. I am super happy to have not lost the data and look forward to getting to know this app.

Exceptional app
This app has always been my go to to help find where I can watch specific titles, now with other apps shutting down I was able to get my data exported for my shows I’m currently tracking and was helped immediately having it available on the app with ease! Really appreciate the team expanding and helping people continue tracking films and tv shows thank you!
