Terrible functionality
Somehow, both the website and the app are very messed up. The app won’t even let me press the Sign In button after I enter my login info. The website won’t let me click on products to view their page and select a size or add to cart; all I can do is heart/add to wishlist. When you initially go to the site and select your team, all that lets you do is see a small page of your team’s random products. If you then search for something like “men’s polo”, your search results show all teams’ polos. Why on earth? They need mini sites within the site for specific teams so that search results only show products for the preselected team. Searching “cheer uniform” gets you no results. “CheerLEADER uniform” does. So you have to correctly guess exactly what the items are named or you get no results. So the search functionality is a disaster to say the least. Either whoever they’re using for their website and app development is terrible at their job or Alumni Hall is too cheap to pay for the intricacies needed to properly develop a functional website and app. Just wow. I’ve never written an app review before but I’m just shocked at how bad it all is. Just get your game day stuff in store or somewhere else!

Good but needs fix’n
I love this app and the store but there is big problem I will not load please fix this.
Not so great.
Not such a great shop. High jacked up and over priced. Save your money and visit Rally House, where they don’t jack up pieces or overprice at all. This place is as high or higher than even prices at Lids and Fanatics (same owners), whom are also rip-off artists.
Difficult to use
After trying over and over to use this app I gave up, it makes me sign in multiple times. When I search nothing shows up. Took me forever to find my account. The website made a password so I had to reset it just to login.
HARD TO NAVIGATE
This app and their website is so difficult to use. I have issues every time. It has a hard time loading. When I use the search bar sometimes nothing ever comes up! ( especially as easy as searching "woman's shirts)!! On their website I selected a shirt. It had one color option. I selected the size and hit add to cart. It told me to select a color and size.... I had already done that. It frustrates me so now it's deleted.
